City Theatre will be wearing pink this summer. 
 

City Theatre Company proudly presents auditions for our Summer Intensive for Teens and Young Adults: Legally Blonde, The Musical!

Music Directed by Jordan Ortman.

For performers ages 15+. 

We encourage actors of all skill levels to audition for our Summer Intensive, including those with little experience who are looking to gain experience and build their resume! 

​

Auditions will take place on June 1st from 12:30-5:30 pm. Callbacks will take place June 8th, also from 12:30-5:30 pm. Both will be held at Denver Dance Center, 2496 W 2nd Ave #3, Denver, CO 80223. 

Participation fee: $750, due June 15 if paying in full. Payment plans are also available.

Please prepare 32 bars of a song from a musical in the style of the show and a one-minute comedic Monologue. Participants should also bring a copy of their headshot and resume if they cannot upload it digitally to the audition form. All roles are available.

Performances: August 16th and 17th at 6:00 pm and August 18th at 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. 

Rehearsal Schedule: 
June 27th- August 11th
Thursdays 5:00-8:00 pm, Saturdays/Sundays 12:00-3:00 pm
(Music rehearsals on June 27th, 5:00- 8:00 pm, June 29th, 4:00-7:00 pm and June 30th, 1:30-4:30 pm)
Tech Week: August 12th- August 15th, 4pm-8pm.

Shows: August 16-17th 5:00-9:00pm, August 18th 12:00-9:00 pm (two show day).
