Our Mission
is to provide diverse emerging artists with educational performance opportunities led by Denver's most accomplished theatre professionals. In doing so, they will be empowered to become outstanding performers and enrich our local arts community for generations to come.
City Theatre Company is an all-female owned and operated performing arts company. Founded by renowned vocal instructor and singer Lisa Walecki in 2023, City Theatre promotes creativity and self-expression through a variety of events and experiences. Educational workshops, youth camps, and full-scale productions are held regularly for performers and technicians alike. Workshops prepare students to build confidence from audition preparation to opening night. Week-long educational youth camps are open to students ages 8-18 of all levels of skill and experience. Full-scale productions are held during the summer and are led by Denver's finest, producers, and artistic individuals.
